What on-site accomadations do you provide?
We have a 16-room boutique hotel available for your guests.
Food & Beverage
Do you have a food minimum?
We do not have a food minimum. Final guest counts for food and beverage are due two weeks prior to the date of your event.
Can we bring in an outside food and alcohol?
Kiln Creek provides on-site catering prepared by our executive Chef.
When can you schedule tours?
Tours can be scheduled any day of the week with limited times on weekends due to scheduled events. We do our best to meet the needs of client’s busy schedules.
What is your pricing?
Our venue pricing is based on day of the week and month of the year. Kiln Creek has variety of different spaces that can be used for events which all carry different facility fees.
What is your guest capacity?
Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated event.
What is the deposit?
The non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is 50% of the facility fee for venue you decide to use for your special event. A sign contract is due with the first deposit.
Do you have a minimum guest count?
We do not have a minimum guest count. We offer a variety of spaces with different capacities that can accommodate any size event.
